Religion and ethics

NSW schools offer special religious education and special education in ethics. Approved providers deliver these, where available.

At Brisbane Water Secondary College Woy Woy Campus, students can take part in special religious education (SRE). These classes are delivered by approved providers.

When enrolling your child, you’ll be able to choose an option from the approved providers offered at our school.

You’re welcome to change your choice at any time. Just let us know in writing.

The following provider delivers SRE at Brisbane Water Secondary College: Combined Christian SRE (Anglican Diocese of Newcastle; Associated Christian Ministries; Baptist Union of NSW; Churches of Christ in NSW; Lutheran Church of Australia, NSW District (Rhodes); Peninsula Evangelical Church Inc. (Woy Woy); Presbyterian Church of Australia (NSW); The Salvation Army; Uniting Church in Australia (NSW Synod).

The High School curriculum Think Faith is written, approved and managed by the Sydney Anglican Diocese.
