Industry Training Centre (ITC/Cafe)

Our school does not have a canteen; instead, we are proud to offer an Industry Training Centre dedicated to our hospitality students. This specialised facility provides hands-on learning opportunities where students develop real-world skills in food preparation, customer service, and kitchen management. While the Centre is primarily used for training purposes, it plays a vital role in preparing our students for future careers in the hospitality industry. We appreciate the community’s understanding and support as our students gain valuable experience in this unique learning environment.

Cafe opening times

The BWSC Industry Training Centre café is open for all students from 8-8:30am before school and during lunch 1 & 2 every day. It is also open to Year 12 students on study periods, 20 minutes prior to each break.

Order from our cafe

Located in the centre of our school, ordering is easy. To place an order at our Industry Training Centre café, please follow these steps:

- Visit the café during its operating hours.

- Choose from the menu options prepared and served by our hospitality students.

- Place your order directly with the students or staff on duty.

- Your order will be prepared fresh as part of the training experience.

- Enjoy your meal or beverage while supporting our students’ learning.
