Bell times

Our school day is structured around a clear timetable. We have set times for learning sessions, activities and lunch. Understanding the bell times helps students get the most out of each part of the day.

It's important for students to arrive on time each day. If your child is running late, please contact our front office.

Our bell times

Bells will ring at the beginning and end of each period. The bell for the start of the day is at 8:30 am and at the end of the day at 2:45 pm. Classes are dismissed by the teacher at the appropriate time.

Line 7 – This allows certain Year 11 and Year 12 practical classes to take advantage of significantly large blocks of time on a Tuesday from 1:05 till 4:30 pm. This time slot constitutes the total in-class time for these courses each week and therefore students who miss a class will effectively miss a whole week’s work.
